Betropes Terms and Conditions — Plain Language for Pakistani Players

Welcome to Betropes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and Betropes ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Betropes platform, website located at betropes.com, and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply accessing any part of the Betropes platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and Betropes. Where these Terms refer to specific game rules, those game-specific rules also apply.

These Terms are written in English and governed by applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To create and use a Betropes account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betropes does not permit anyone under 18 to register, play, or bet on any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by Betropes or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Betropes platform for a breach of these Terms.

Betropes reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each person may hold only one account on Betropes. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances within duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Betropes is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect account details provided by you.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Betropes login credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login details with anyone — including family members, friends, or customer support staff (Betropes staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify Betropes support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Betropes is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain account security. Any activity carried out through your account while logged in is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us promptly.

All financial transactions on Betropes are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000
• Visa / Mastercard Debit Card — minimum deposit Rs 1,000

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for standard accounts and within 2 hours for VIP Club members at Gold tier and above. Processing times may vary for bank transfers depending on your bank's IBFT processing schedule.

Betropes reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on your part. Requests for KYC documents are processed promptly and do not delay withdrawal timelines unnecessarily.

Deposits that have been used for betting are not subject to reversal. If you wish to withdraw funds that were deposited but not played, the full deposit amount may be returned but this is subject to a review to confirm no bonus funds have been mixed with the deposit.

Betropes offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on each individual offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer terms — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 20%, and virtual sports 30%. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days after the date of issue. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire with them.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be used per account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will void the previous bonus.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is capped at Rs 50,000 per bonus. Any amount above this cap is not withdrawable.
• Refer a Friend: Bonuses earned through the Refer a Friend programme are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonuses and are additionally contingent on the referred friend completing their first deposit and meeting the minimum play requirement.

Betropes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already active in a player's account at the time of the change.

All bets and wagers placed on Betropes are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within each section of the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should not be assumed to have been placed successfully.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. The exception is the Cash Out feature where available — Cash Out terms are displayed on the specific market where this option applies.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change up until the market closes at event start. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet.
• For virtual sports, all outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. No party can influence or predict outcomes.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, Betropes will settle bets according to the rules for each specific sport. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned if the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet, Betropes reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. We will not honour bets placed at erroneously displayed odds that were clearly incorrect.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event are subject to limits that vary by game and market. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page before you place your bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betropes. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any fraudulent financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported to Betropes immediately.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform, database, or systems that are not publicly available.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Betropes staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or does not belong to your registered Betropes account.

Betropes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-closure or responsible gaming self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Betropes reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, the balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

You may close your Betropes account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after any active bonus funds are removed.

Betropes is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity that remains within your control at all times. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders at intervals of your choosing that notify you of how long your current gaming session has been running.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic popups showing your net financial position for the current session — how much you have deposited, wagered, and won or lost.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. Your account remains registered but inaccessible during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened until the exclusion period expires, and permanently excluded accounts cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

Betropes collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Betropes collects personal information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

All data transmitted to and from the Betropes platform is encrypted using current industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Account passwords are stored using one-way encryption and cannot be retrieved by Betropes staff.

All content on the Betropes platform — including but not limited to the Betropes name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and associated documentation — is the intellectual property of Betropes or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Betropes platform without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betropes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data as a result of your failure to maintain account security.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party.
• Interruptions to the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, payment system downtime, or natural events.

Betropes' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betropes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Betropes platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the agreement, or administrative updates — may be made without notification and take effect immediately upon publication.
